Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, please return within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The goods must be in their original condition and carefully packaged. Please provide us with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
When making a refund we will credit our delivery charges where the reason for return is our error or if the products are damaged or incorrect quality.
When returning items for exchange an additional postage charge will be required to re-send and exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund, we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
Nothing in this returns policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
